Made in the USA, our mining kits were created after spending the afternoon panning for gemstones at Ruby Falls on Lookout Mountain in Chattanooga, TN. It was then and there that the idea of an Educational Adventure Toy was conceived and Uncle JimStones® was born. We wanted to bring old fashioned amusement alive, by creating a mining kit the whole family could enjoy anytime without having to travel. It is our belief that a toy generally lasts a season, but an educational adventure will last a lifetime.
